Located in our Windsor Suite (capacity of 24 theatre style and 18 boardroom style) - a ground floor function room popular for small and medium board meetings or celebrations - our specially curated corporate packages offer two options that you can tailor to best suit the desired ambience of your event and its needs.


To book, simply select the package of choice, confirm the number of attendees, and make your payment to auto-confirm the booking online.

The Windsor Package

  • Unlimited tea and coffee at £25 per person
  • Tea and coffee at £6.50 per person, per serving
  • Tea and coffee with the chef's choice of snack at £9.50 per person, per serving
  • Sandwich lunch with tea and coffee at £30 per person (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal options available)
  • Complimentary jugs of iced tap water
  • 48-inch TV and screen ideal for presentations
  • Prices include VAT

Price: £1,000 per day, £500 for half a day (maximum four hours), £100 per hour

Price: £80 per person per day (usual price £100 per person)

  • Packages are subject to availability. Our experienced Events Team is happy to discuss your bespoke requirements.
  • Bookings are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations outside of 24 hours can be exchanged for credit at the discretion of The Milestone Hotel’s Management Team.
