Daniel has been a chef for more than half of his life, with experience in Southeast Asia and The Ritz London. His aim is to make modern British food that’s seasonal and suitable for everyone. Daniel believes that the seasons are defined by food and in the importance of staying in touch with local suppliers and producers.

Angelo Lo Greco, an award-winning mixologist and Bar Manager, became a member of the Red Carnation family in 2015. Just a few years later, he earned recognition as International Bar Manager of the Year. Reflecting on his role at the Stables Bar, Angelo shares, "The connection I can build with guests, as well as creating new experiences with my cocktails, is what I enjoy most about my job." Renowned for his exceptional hospitality skills, he effortlessly creates a warm and welcoming environment.

Thomas discovered his passion for hospitality in 2012 while working at a French Bistro in Staffordshire. In 2019, he proudly joined Red Carnation Hotels on the prestigious Management Programme, where he developed skills within the food and beverage and front office departments at The Egerton House Hotel. His current role at Milestone Hotel & Residences offers him a balance of all that he enjoys most about hospitality while working among a passionate and dedicated team.

Serdal ensures all maintenance is carried out to the standard that The Milestone's beautiful building deserves, helping to preserve its heritage and historical features. Serdal is happy to enhance your Sky television system, set up a Chrome Cast, arrange for a mini-fridge to be fitted pre-stay, and assist with any queries about our ventilation cooling and heating system.

Jorge's hospitality career began in 2006 with Red Carnation Hotels as a Luggage Porter. His dedication led to his promotion to Deputy Head Concierge in 2011, and he now leads the concierge team at the Milestone Hotel as Head Concierge. A proud committee member of The Society of Golden Keys Great Britain, Jorge excels in securing exclusive tickets and uncovering London's hidden gems. Jorge and his team are dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for their guests.
