For stays of seven nights or more, a thoughtful welcome awaits in your residence, with a complimentary hamper prepared for your arrival. 

Inside, you will find a selection of sweet and savoury treats, including homemade biscuits, macarons, mixed nuts, chocolates, English muffins, popcorn, PMD Tea and a bottle of red wine.

Your kitchen will also be stocked with a considered selection of essentials, from fresh fruit and juices to milk, cereals, unlimited PMD Tea and illy coffee, alongside freshly baked breads, homemade preserves and Mrs T’s signature Cape seed loaf.

Designed with families in mind, our residences offer the space, flexibility and thoughtful touches that make travelling together feel effortless.

For stays with children aged 12 and under, younger guests are welcomed with a basket of treats on arrival, alongside a complimentary minibar with snacks and soft drinks, as well as a selection of beverages for adults.

During your stay, you are invited to choose one of a selection of family experiences on one occasion, including entry to Leighton House Museum, a zero-alcohol mocktail masterclass, or a family afternoon tea at The Milestone Hotel.
