On the horizon

We are thrilled to share that exciting enhancements are on the horizon for our Health Club facilities. From 10th January to 1st March 2025, we will be upgrading our pool, gym, and sauna to provide the highest standards of comfort and quality. During this time, we have partnered with a highly regarded Health Club just a short stroll away (0.2 miles), offering complimentary access to their gym, sauna, steam room, and swimming pool. Our dedicated Concierge team will be delighted to assist you in pre-booking a time slot before your stay or arranging this upon your arrival at the hotel.

Personal training

With the expert help of Linn Hansen, our in-house personal fitness instructor and trainer, stay active during your stay at The Milestone. A REPS-accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer and pre- and postnatal specialist, Linn helps clients build muscle, lose fat, and improve their general fitness.

Guests can expect workouts that focus on both strength training and cardio to transform and streamline the body through lean muscle mass and improved metabolic rate. Each training programme is tailor-made with your individual needs and goals in mind. Sessions last 60 minutes including a warm-up, main workout, and cool-down and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

More fitness options

We are delighted to recommend two golf courses close to The Milestone: The Addington Golf Club, just 30 minutes away, and St George's Hill Golf Club, just under an hour away.

For those who prefer to exercise outside, the jogging tracks at nearby Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are the perfect place to connect with nature. 

For solitary meditation and relaxation, we can arrange an in-room yoga instructor or provide you with a yoga mat. Pilates sessions can also be arranged in the gym or in the privacy of some of our larger suites.
