A REPS-accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer and pre- and postnatal specialist, Linn helps clients build muscle, lose fat, and improve their general fitness.
Guests can expect workouts that focus on both strength training and cardio to transform and streamline the body through lean muscle mass and improved metabolic rate. Each training programme is tailor-made with your individual needs and goals in mind. Sessions last 60 minutes including a warm-up, main workout, and cool-down and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
