Norwegian-born, Linn Hansen, has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1997. A REPS-accredited level 3 Personal Trainer and Pre- and Postnatal specialist, Linn helps clients build muscle, lose fat, and improve their general fitness. Linn is a published writer for a Norwegian newspaper and has been featured in several fitness magazines, including 'Ultra-fit' and 'Muscle and Fitness'.
During training sessions, guests can expect workouts that focus on both strength training and cardio to transform and streamline the body through lean muscle mass and improved metabolic rate. Each training programme is tailor-made with your individual needs and goals in mind.
Sessions last 60 minutes and include a warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.
