Allow our resistance plunge pool to revive you after your journey, relax a while in the sauna, or break into a sweat at the fully equipped exercise studio, all of which are open to residents only. For those who prefer to exercise outside, the jogging tracks at nearby Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are the perfect place to connect with nature.

In Cheneston’s restaurant, a collection of healthy and vegetarian dining options are available. Try dishes such as the refreshing Méli-Mélo salad, wild mushroom ravioli with truffle, or soft herb potato gnocchi.

Our gym is fully equipped with modern cardiovascular technology, in a tranquil setting with fresh fruit, mineral water and magazines available. We can also arrange sessions with an excellent personal trainer.

We are also delighted to recommend two golf courses close to The Milestone - The Addington Golf Club, just 30 minutes away, and St George's Hill Golf Club, just under an hour away.


With the expert help of Linn Hansen, our in-house personal fitness instructor and trainer, stay active during your stay at The Milestone.

Norwegian-born, Linn Hansen, has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1997. A REPS-accredited level 3 Personal Trainer and Pre- and Postnatal specialist, Linn helps clients build muscle, lose fat, and improve their general fitness. Linn is a published writer for a Norwegian newspaper and has been featured in several fitness magazines, including 'Ultra-fit' and 'Muscle and Fitness'.

During training sessions, guests can expect workouts that focus on both strength training and cardio to transform and streamline the body through lean muscle mass and improved metabolic rate. Each training programme is tailor-made with your individual needs and goals in mind. 

Sessions last 60 minutes and include a warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.

Yoga Outside

Yoga & Pilates

For solitary meditation and relaxation, we can arrange an in-room yoga instructor or provide you with a yoga mat. Pilates sessions can also be arranged in the Gym or in the privacy of some of our larger suites.
