Sabrage is the art of opening a champagne bottle with a sabre, a timeless ritual dating back to the 1800s, invented to mark moments of celebration and joy. As you raise a glass to your future together, every detail has been carefully considered to create a truly special evening.

We are pleased to accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal options, when advised in advance.
