Step inside The Milestone's newly renovated Stables Bar, named in homage to the building's original purpose. Rich dark wood panelling, sophisticated leather and tartan furnishings, and sporting artwork by renowned Belgian artist Elie Lambert create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. Green leather banquettes and softly lit corners contrast beautifully with the natural light that floods the elegant conservatory, offering an inviting setting from morning through to evening.

Adjacent to the bar, The Hideaway provides a candlelit setting for intimate gatherings, relaxed dinners and elegant private celebrations. Meet the Manager

Victoria Micaela is the Bar Manager at Stables Bar, having been part of The Milestone since 2022. Her career in hospitality began 12 years ago, guided by a deep love for service and food, and driven by a desire to continually challenge herself. This curiosity and ambition led her to the world of mixology, which she regards as a space of absolute creativity.

In her own words: “The beauty of being able to create an experience is that every day feels like an adventure; the greatest gift we take from this life is the moments we live in it.”
