Introducing The Cherry Blossom Afternoon Tea - a limited-time experience created in partnership between two iconic Red Carnation properties: The Milestone Hotel & Residences in London and sister hotel Ashford Castle in Ireland. 


This exquisite seasonal menu marks a special collaboration between Global Director of Chocolate & Patisserie Paula Stakelum, based at Ashford Castle, and Executive Chef Dan Putz of The Milestone. Bringing together the very best of British and Irish culinary craftsmanship, the duo have created a refined celebration of spring, inspired by the fleeting beauty of cherry blossom season.


Guests will enjoy a beautifully curated selection of delicate savoury creations, freshly baked scones served with clotted cream and preserves, and an array of pastel-hued pastries that capture the spirit of the season. At the heart of the experience is a signature cherry blossom pastry by Paula Stakelum - a showstopping centrepiece that reflects her renowned artistry and chocolate expertise.


Served in the timeless surroundings of The Milestone’s Park Lounge, this elegant afternoon tea is perfect for celebrating special occasions, gathering with friends, or simply indulging in a moment of seasonal luxury.
